I have been locked out of my account for 5 hours now, I have restarted game, restarted pc and restarted my internet. None worked, I dont know what to do now. 5 hours

What server? pc? xbox? ps4?
Asking because some people post in the wrong place.
There could of been a maintenance at the time that caused this (happens on other games at times)
