Cant have more than 10 red chips.

I have not played for a few years, but decided to go and play. But I see such a message on the first screenshot. Although on another character I can take more than 10 red chips.
I have not played for a very long time. Maybe something could have changed.Thank you for your help.

Free2play characters have a chip limit of 10 reds. To remove it, simply purchase anything from the marketplace.
