also you can't add people if they are not online and the excuse "it hides players to prevent griefing etc" doesn't work Even steam overlay tell's you who your playing with (if you know what your doing)

I prefer if it's fixed/changed.

/who should show everyone or just remove the command it's as usefull as /report.

and Adding someone shouldn't require they are only (it happens because of the accept friend prompt)
