New Mod: Reduced Fire Rate

Description: 

RFR reduces the firerate of the weapon it is attached too, allowing for more Accurate shot placement by cycling the gas slower than normal

Effects: 
-20% Fire Rate
-15% Damage 
+25% Accuracy

Reduced firerate would go HARD on some weapons. I've thought of this for years. Though the damage nerf should be removed or in steps of 5/10/15%

Accuracy on the likes of 10/20/30%. Just how I'm feeling it should be imo
