When there are only 2 in the team and the leader is AFK, you have absolutely no way to deal with it. Secondly, even if there are enough players, your request needs to be approved, and given the toxic community its not always the case, even if that guy has several demerits and is ruining the mission for everyone. We need automatic leadership loss on AFK and other demerits, choose random player and be done with it. The only case when a player with demerits should be a team leader is when everyone in the team also has demerits.
