MageLO 371 Posted 5 hours ago Hello everyone, as of this post the Legends Patch is officially Live! You can find all of the new additions and changes below. Major Additions & Changes Added new Financial Contacts Zombie and LaRocha which raise the level cap to Rank 290 and award six weapon unlocks, five modifications, clothing presets and many inventory expansions. Added EMP Grenade to the game which is unlocked at Grenadier Level 3, unlocks for the EMP have been awarded retroactively who are currently Grenadier Level 3 or higher. The EMP is a fast traveling, explode on impact grenade that will disable electronic devices such as vehicles including some of their modifications for up to 10 seconds. Players may only carry two EMP's at a time. Vehicles have varying amounts of base resistance to the EMP with a lot of the lower end vehicles being unaffected or affected for only a fraction of the EMP's base duration of 10 seconds. If a vehicle is spawned as a mission objective it will have another 40% EMP resistance applied to it. The following modifications will be disabled while a Vehicle is affected by the EMP Grenade: Brick Mobile Supply Unit Mobile Spawn Point Mobile Radar Tower Nitro Booster Meteor Players inside a vehicle affected by the EMP will take constant ticking damage which can be lethal if they do not exit the car in time. Added the new Joker C9S 'Prototype' Legendary to Anne on the Joker Ticket store. The C9S is a fast firing, fully automatic SMG by default which turns into a highly accurate, moderate rate of fire, semi-automatic carbine whilst inside Marksmanship mode. Added large changes to a building complex in Financial Block 42 to improve attacker flow and make defending harder. Misc Changes Changes the firing type of the SBSR Coroner and IRS to Semi-Automatic. Grenades can now be deleted and repurchased from contacts assuming players have the unlock for them. Added Golden OPGL JT3 to the Joker Ticket Store. Adds Ankle Socks for Female characters very early into Contact progression. Fixed numerous client crashes. Fixes an issue related to Mobile Radar Tower and re-enables it. Reduces Mobile Radar tower spotting range from 20m to 12m. Thank you for your patience and we hope you enjoy the Legends update! Additionally, we'd appreciate feedback about all things Legends and will make adjustments if needed.

Added Golden OPGL JT3 to the Joker Ticket Store. • Not a single image using imgsli to showcase the changes to the map, the new clothing items or the new rank icons. • Not a single description of what the mods do. • Introducing a separate grenade type to compensate for fundamental gameplay mechanic issues (low TTK + large bullet spread) and map design, which will introduce performance overhead due to the particle effects • Hide EMPs to new characters to level 3 role. • Introducing the 3-slotted OPGL for permanent use, while keeping weapons such as the 1-slotted CSG & other weapons which aren't in the JT store out of sight for the players ("we'll never introduce osmaw/opgl to JT store" btw) For a patch that was +2 years in the making, of which half a year is spent on server outages (still on-going), this is dreadful. What exactly makes this patch appealing to anyone coming back to this? The game still has the atrocious car entrance delay (still hasn't been changed, fundamentally flawed implementation), it has a non-functioning kernel-level AC and the gameplay mechanics are still the same trash for +10 years now? Missions are a unbalanced mess, Waterfront (remember the "We'll have another balancing pass" mention?) is still an afterthought in terms of balancing The UI is still made of 2 separate frameworks (Kismet & Scaleform), without a change in direction in sight. What makes this funnier is that, from the last 3 AMAs, UI changes were labeled as "not high on priority list", yet the "Vault" was created. Clown show.
