WAR IS DECLARED!

 Reason: Group of Golds pinned my truck and wouldn't let me respond to mission. 

Not once in some fun, 3x followed me around kept pinning me. 

Ofcourse LO will find my report. 

Group lead by known hacker, complaining about waiting in cue 20min. 

So someone who was shadow banned. 

I don't know what U hacker think, but I aint the one who reported you. 

but NOW, imma report everything I see or even think.

Such griefing while you are in the mission is directly bannable. Problem is that report won't do you any good. You can type for each of those 3 a-holes but reports are hardly ever read, acknowledged or even seen by a human being simply due to the fact of lack of staff.
So what really does a trick and how you can help LO support is by writing them an email and attach a video where you recorded them doing what scum does. Bullying and thinking they will get away with it, because they know very few people bother with recording the situation.
I suggest awesome little program called Fraps, very user friendly, easy screenshotting, easy recording with a touch of a button. Video file will be pretty large so you might want to upload it to some free site and send upload video link to the support in the mail.
I have done this several times and even though I know support can't and won't give you a reply in a sense of "yes we banned the user", they don't need to. 
Back in the days when APB had 10 000+ players you could only hope G1 actually banned person you reported. Good story in this bad time of low populated APB is, that there are around 200 active players, meaning quite a small small community and quite a small family. At Citadel I practically know each and every player by name at this time.
So I didn't see a name of scum who was griefing me for quite some time now, even though I would regularly see him bash, insult and bully people in public chats of financial and waterfront. Meaning recording actually did a trick and scum is eliminated from the game. Even if they don't get permanent ban (which they should according to TOS and EULA of griefing), they will get a 1 month ban up to 1 year of ban which is good enough punishment already.
So I do like the fact that you declared war upon this type of immature people. But this war must be one of a total annihilation. Never retreat, never surrender.

I know. But the grieving went on for like 40 min, and i went thru 3 vehicles. started soon as i spawned in. 

totaled my first car, then i switched to pioneer cuz they had one, and they followed me and kept pinning me and holding me. 

she had help with other golds piling cars up in a line behind her pioneer so i could not push my way out.

The whole time she was doing it, she was complaining that she had been waiting 20+ minutes for a mish. 

So its basically a hacker who got punished, and they figure they gonna tax mack in retaliation for the shadow ban. 

So the report was a last ditch action, even continued to block me as my team mates started spawning in my vehicle. 

So it was obvious i was inna mission. and even if not. there is no reason to bother the old guy, just because i wont buy hax. 

So it wasn't direct mission blocking at the mission obj, but they pinned me for several minutes and my mission came during this 

third time of pinning me, and she had a helper gold. Then whilst this went on, a bunch of other golds came n stood on my truck. 

 ya know first thing in the morning. trying to get my coffee.

 I think i know who she is, due to the time of morning. That I haven't seen her alts in district for a few weeks. 

and I do believe that if she has cheat points and is restricted from missions, that further behavior report will get more 

points on her if LO takes action on it. I might add that I made no further reports yesterday toward others that i knew were hacking. 

Even though the entire rest of my team including two golds were calling them hax, they were lag switching and botting. 

Their response was to say that I myself was hacking, n i dint even hacusate em.  I said it must be my village cable n moved on. 

So there is evidence that the AC is working to Matts idealism. just not mine. I want em banned and gold removed. 

The result of the shadow ban is that the hacker attacks known legits and prevent them from doing mission. 

See I don't want their gold, gold just means your a tryhard or hacker in a casual game. 

But if matt wants to be paid, the threat system has to be redone.

 Games a joke, NA is full of hackers, and his ideal is to give them gold and let them stay in a mission district 

even with cheat points. So they can mission block and harrass in retaliation. @MattScott
