Your Account is not able to trade anymore

i came after 3 years to my account found my account got permeant trade ban there is some people have the same thing they told me to send support and they will unlock it and i sent an email to them and they did not reply to me is there a way i can recover my trading account again ? if anyone has this and got unlocked please tell me your experience

I remember Matt mentioning in his last AMA that they prefer to perm trade lock instead of banning so most likely you did something naughty in the past. He also mentioned that the best bet is to contact support and to have patience as they have a lot of tickets and not many staff

I don’t believe they trade ban anyone on purpose who’s following their rules, sorry to say

if your account is permanently trade banned means you were very naughty boy and probably deserved it

I got tradebanned too, and i never anything offensive. I've read somewhere that changing hardware can lead to a temporary tradeban (just in case someone else has stolen your account). Also, there was something about having multiple accounts being agains ToS. 

Its ana annoyence, but its fine.

I don't know if it's still the same way. You used to get trade banned for signing in from the same location as another account that got trade banned. Their system is terrible at determining "location". If you HWID changes, or your public IP address changes, you get temporarily trade locked. An ISP that uses CGNAT can possibly give the same public IPV4 address to multiple APB players. Chances are low, but it's more than 0.
