Just started playing this game a couple of days ago.  I've tried different times of the day and I hardly ever see anyone else in the game?? I'm I playing alone?

Hmm, which is your threat level? If it is green, then that is why maybe you are joining in green districts... these most of the time are empty or have some ram raiders (easy money).. Try joining in Bronze districts

Finally noticed the "Advanced" tab.   No I've found folks to kill me

Same here and downloading it on PS4 console and I might pick enforcer like back when I brought APB about 10 years ago.

NA is pretty dead most of the time. but when you log into the game and choose your district click advanced and you can chose where u wanna go and just look for anything that has players and click on it and join. best times to join is daytime , nighttime is really dead weekdays , weekends it will most likely have players, Saturday is the best day to join.
