Как изменить пароль, если вы идете через Steam?Код ошибки 11002.

1.Go to steam>settings and you should see ''Contact email'' most likely that is the email that you used to create your account in APB.
2. Login in with the ''steam Contact email'' to this site and from there you should be able to reset the password  https://register.gamersfirst.com/login
3. Or if you don't remember your password of APB at all you can try logging in with the same email to your gmail

bad connections from your side DNS'es are not found

Description:
This means that VPOP3 is not getting a response from a DNS server when it is trying to look up the name of the ISP's mail server(s). Usually this means that Windows either does not know the address of a valid DNS server, or that your ISP's DNS servers are not working properly.
If you are connecting to the Internet via a router or proxy server, check that this is either allowing DNS queries through or is proxying them properly.
