According to APBVault the stats are taken from the VAS C2, in other words it's a reskin, although it counts as an AR and not an SMG unlike the C2. I'd be fine with those stats being kept since they fit the concept of the weapon, but I do remember RP stating the gun was unfinished regardless of stats.https://db.apbvault.net/items/Weapon_AssaultRifle_NTEC-7_Compact Innova also had some other "interesting" items such as the CJ3 TAS20 (CSG reskin).
