Is this include an account bound mikro or is it just the kits for crim and enf?

i got drunk and bought this and if i remeber right you get a mikro for all toons

 

really you buy it to kill people with the vas and all the skins you get.

 

And no i do not regert buying it killing people with that vas is fun becuase no one knows how to counter it

It includes the vehicle. You can also purchase additional copies of the vehicle for effectively free from the vehicle shop, like with other ARMAS vehicle purchases. None of these are tradable, of course, like with all ARMAS vehicles.
