Can't buy Item

I can't buy items from this pack even though I don't have this pack in me.

I really want to buy this package, I don't know what to do and how to fix it.

Is it because I've bought this 30-day package before so I can't buy a large package?

Something you can try is adding the pack to your cart from another character and then switching back to the one you want the items on.

Should that fail to bypass it, it's best to create a ticket with our Support Team so they can try to re-enable it for you from behind the scenes.
