I lost my G1C and support not work

I bought some joker boxes in the market but nothing in my mail. I already sent an support but no answer

I posted a similar issue yesterday, all of my contents from Joker Box purchases are gone, with their respective mail. There isn't a expiry date on Joker-box items in your mail so it shouldn't disappear, let alone not appear at all after a purchase. So you're not alone in this matter.

You bought it?did you open it?

You can open them under redeem code

If thats not the case maybe you opend the joker box on another character if not

Send a ticket to support thay will response. In like 1 week or 2

Give them time, I understand its frustrating and i'm sorry, but they're working hard, be patient.
