isaac-the-dad 41 Posted February 13, 2021 I have skimmed through all Tier 2, 3 and 4 criminal contacts at APB:DB (https://apbdb.com/contacts/) but I didn't find the Vegas parts among the unlocks. Merged. Waaaaait a second.... I just found a lot of kits and wheel bundles for Vegas on Armas... And every single item in game says "you haven't unlocked this item yet" instead of saying "Unlocked at level 8 with Lilith Bloodrose" or something...
