hey guys,

i have a problem to Log in my old account.

I was a long time inactive now they want me to update my password when i want to log in the game.

i dont have access to my old email adress.

 

what should i do.

 

i cant open a ticket, dont know why

If you are unable to login to the support portal with your account (or a new account due to losing access) you can always email directly to the support team to open a ticket.

That would be on support@gamersfirst.com.

 

There you will be asked to verify the ownership of the account, from there you can then get the password reset.
