APB Reloaded Ran Out of Memory problem

My game suddenly stops working in the middle of mission and error says "Ran out of memory"
This problem started to appear since i started playing on Nvidia RTX Graphics Card.
On regular Nvidia GTX or any AMD Graphics Card,the game works properly without any issues.

 

I have tried everything and concluded that:

1- The issue is mostly seen when respawning.

2- Issue appears more often in Waterfront district. 

3- Playing as an Enforcer, this issue appears more often as compared to playing as Criminal.

My PC specifications are:
Intel Core i5 8400
16GB DDR4 Memory
Nvidia RTX 2060 6GB.

Game works fine on same system without RTX GPU.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

on windows 1903 is working ok. but i dont update windows at all
i have rtx 2080 Super and i have no troubles while playing apb ... at "semi" maxed out settings (max texture size is 1024 everything aboue could crash my game)

1. yup player respawning creates new object of player in game and als oincrease RAM usage so thats why its crashing
2. Waterfront is heavier map need more ressources
3. i dont know what to say to this ...

check lower versions of windows 10 (like build 1903 which works for me) with older drivers - it could help but its not 100% sure
