Support time

How long does it take for support of gamersfirst to answer my ticket?

The problem is better to be solved as fast as possible but still i want to know the time of answering on my ticket by support.

As mentioned by our CEO Matt Scott in his weekly update on the support tracking, the current maximum wait time is 16 days.

 

While that is quite a long wait time, the team is working hard to lower those numbers as quickly as they can.

Keep in mind that the number provided is only the maximum duration, it could be than the issue is fully resolved before then.

Can it be somehow accelerated 'caz my problem can be solved in a minute? I dont want other users to wait for answer for their tickets longer, i just want to say that my problem is rly simple and i thought that it can be solved until evening.

No, every single ticket is on a list of proprities, and the waiting time actually is 14 days, or a bit more, depending on the average of them.
