No reply on my support ticket

Hey guys,

it has been a long time since I last played APB, so GamersFirst wanted me to change the password on my account, but here's the problem, I don't have access to my e-mail address (Snipped email ~@mayii) anymore. I tried to cantact the APB support but my ticket remained unanswered for a week now. I remember the items I had there and a character name, so I can provide that, it would be unfortunate to lose all my prosgress The best possible solution would be a transfer to my new e-mail address (Snipped email ~@mayii). Thanks for your help in advance.
