I wouldn't, you'll unlock all emotes eventually and since they don't loop or anything special, you're probably better off spending that 100G1C on a JMB (or wait until a nice single item pops up in the weekly sales). As for the V-Day skin, it took me a few years to unlock it and I think that's the point - the event should return next year, although, and don't quote me on this, I'm 99% sure the events lasted longer in the past, but I could be wrong, so it can be done, it just takes a while, well for those who can't spend the entire week grinding kills that is.
