IIAdnanII 0 Posted June 9, 2018 when I lunch gamersfirst live .....it's work but it tell me that "cannot connect to gamersfirt live !...please check your internet connection and try again"......what should I do ...I relunch it a lot and redownload it a lot but it still like this ???? heelruby 66 Posted June 9, 2018 First, login to your Gamersfirst account : https://register.gamersfirst.com/login Then, you will be prompted to a page asking you to change your password : choose one you haven't used for Gamersfirst, and you should receive a confirmation e-mail. Once the password change is done, you should be able to login to Gamersfirst LIVE! and APB: Reloaded through your Gamersfirst credentials. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

The error message just sounds like the Gamersfirst Live launcher doesn't have network connectivity (for whatever reason) and not that he entered a wrong name/password combination - or am I missing something here I guess also check the firewall and add an exception for G1 Live could work...
