Title says it all, Allow Enforcers access to the Sabertooth helmet and crims access to the Hammerhead helmet, don't make the heavy duty bundle the only faction locked pack, mostly everything else is already cross faction.

If I remember correctly if you bought it during the first week, you got both faction's clothing due to a mistake in the store.  Then they fixed it and let the early buyers keep the clothes.
