how log does support takes to reply back

How long does support take to reply back again cause i create a ticket 1 month back one guys replied me provide following details and its been 3 days he hasn't replied again is it going to take 1 month more to get next reply

The maximum is around 24 days nowadays for untouched tickets.

Not sure how it works for touched tickets though.
