Pedestrians/AI not reacting on police/ambulance siren same as car beeps. May some players did notice, mainly no one care about it, but if play style as Enforcer too deep in veins sometimes mess up mission with micro maneuvers / care. (kill civil downgrading prestige level). -
distorted and loud sirens with red and white police lightbars or something along those lines so that criminals that want to impersonate cops, but not come off as actual police officers due to the differences in visuals and audio (good potential for criminals to have ambulances)
