Since game having low popilation, its hardly to progress rank. For example; when u complete all the financial contacts and have to go for waterfront but there is no players.

Hello, I have returned to the game after 2 years of inactivity. I decided to make a new account because I did not want to play against high-rank players. I enter the bronze district and there are like 5 people under rank 150...the rest are all around 255 with legendaries and mods. Please make a rank restriction instead of threat levels. For example, you cannot enter bronze if u are over rank 75. Thank you.

If this has been mentioned before please lock the thread. Essentially, there is a file in the game directory in the Movies folder named APBFirstSpawnTutorial.bik, this file has been here for a while and has not been used since G1 took over (to my knowledge). Why not use this to help new players understand the game better as it has a lot of information that will speed up understanding the various systems such as specifically mentioned pledging. I have converted the video and uploaded it so have a look for yourself and share your opinion down bellow, I brought this forward due to the tutorial possibly getting redone for after Engine upgrade? (if this information is correct).
