Hello folks,
We have had to remove a number of posts as they were not related to the topic at hand.
I'm sure there are other forums that are far more appropriate for discussions on IRL politics and other similar current events.
Let's keep the discussions civil and mostly on-topic, thank you.

Hello,
As part of a major overhaul of both the legendaries and the Joker Store itself those were removed from the Armas Marketplace and are now available within the game.
This change was done in June 2020, you can read more about it here:

If you are unable to submit a ticket using the Support Portal, you can send in all the information to support@gamersfirst.com which will create a new ticket for you.

Our team is aware of the issue and looking into possible causes and resolutions alongside our partners.
