So which is it? You seem to think it dominated all the way up to 70m from CQC range? If you look up what dominate means, it means to exercise control over, or have a commanding influence on. AKA it makes everything else inferior. No actual CQC weapon should struggle in CQC vs the ntec, not then not now. It didn't actually dominate that range, not in cqc or all over cqc > 70m range. Was it able to perform well in most of the ranges? Yeah, that's called being versatile. But dominate? That's not true at all.

Actually, if you look at his contradictory statements, you'll see he is actually more harmful to his own argument because he can't be consistent without being an absolute hypocrite. I've responded with real data from a guy who uses plenty of weapons. I'm not pulling data out of my buttcheeks or claiming anything without actual experience, yet my experience is considered irrelevant and his is considered fine? I really don't get it, you're not bringing anything to the table here. @ borus, The Ntec right now (I'm watching a friend use it) is not in a good state. It is horribly crippled at ranges it should do well in, and penalizing for shooting it even so slightly from perfect. I beg to differ on it working as intended, and I honestly don't see how you can make the argument that it's in a good state lol. They definitely went too far, regardless of whether or not it was fine. Opinion or not. The ATAC is fine how it is, end of story on that one. HVR nerf was too much, I agree, but it did need an adjustment. Though if Jump shotting with scout was reverted, I'd say maybe even revert HVR.

My statistics and in game opinion is that the current Ntec is garbo Borus, the nerf was unnecessary is my opinion but also a fact among a lot of players cept the people like u. The Ntec's best features? Tap firing is a lot worse now, lol. It's midrange capability of being strong there is now diminished by this crazy bloom out of nowhere.

People weren't mad because they were HVR'd by a silver btw, they were mad at the chip damage needed to finish yes, but how stupid the dmg was from it period was dumb. Nerf it to 750 or 700 and it'd have been fine. I DO think it was nerfed too heavily, but it did need a change. I think this balance team has seen more bad changes than good personally. Again, the Ntec was fine after they changed how HB2 worked on it, and it was totally good like that. Nope, not enough for you all apparently. OCA dominated the NTEC in CQC. PMG and SGs played better in CQC battles too, because they work better with CQC scenarios. At longer ranges past 60, It was definitely outperformed better. It was great at it's main range, but not so "dominating" as you so claim it in the other areas. Stop asking for nerfs on weapons all the time. This is exactly why the game sucks, because you can't just stop whining because you're losing to weapons. Maybe you should figure out how to better yourself vs these? The old HVR was IMO the only issue, and all it needed was a slight damage nerf (obviously it got a complete mechanic change). The Ntec was fine (whether people want to admit that or not) and people lost in cqc to it because they got outplayed, not because the gun is broken in cqc. All I see is whine whine whine in these threads. I feel like you guys all use something like OCA and PMG or some sort of cqc, lose to it multiple times and decide that it's the gun, not you. What do you not understand: YOU SAID THAT YOU SPECIFICALLY COULD NOT CQC JUMP SHOT AROUND CORNERS WITH THE URSUS BUT COULD WITH THE ORIGINAL NTEC, SO IT MADE THE URSUS TERRIBLE COMPARED TO THE ORIGINAL NTEC. I don't main the ntec btw, I used the ursus more than it, but I'm a rifleman main... I had an easier time cqcing with OBIR than I did with either ntec. Also, it's not even smart to do if you're not capable of doing it consistently and smoothly. The ntec drop off will start at 35m with these changes, that's pretty bad for an AR. You're gonna tell me that's not going to impact it at all though apparently. The scenarios you posted, like kevlar (LOL ok) are very specific and unusual, and not a good basis to nerf a weapon because of. You are saying that the NTEC should be nerfed because the URSUS cannot do exactly the same things. You basically just want it to be the same gun lol? Your inability to jump shot corners was my "skill" argument btw. You're bringing up points that have 0 relevance and very niche situations to attempt to justify a point you already lost when you admitted, and I quote: "I bet to differ, I can't jump and hose with the N-Tec 7 as well as I can with the N-Tec 5." Please tell me more now how kevlar (which is not that commonly used) is what makes your argument so valid? Both the regular ntec and the ursus are different ARs, meant to perform differently.

first point: thats your problem, not the guns. second point: yeah, 5 m is actually pretty negligible considering this is about the ranged part of gameplay when most complaints are about the close range prowess. Not sure what you mean by "overdamages" here?

They're different guns completely? Ursus is a 5 shot kill, also a JMB. I've also seen/have jump shot around corners with it just fine... but ok. Jump shotting around corners isnt a great consistency anyways, with either gun. Also, nerfing the range by 5m DOES affect the overall ranged play lol.

You quoted the correct spelling of gimmick and then failed to spell it correctly, and then tell him to learn to fire correctly oh god haha. This is tokp notch memes. PMG was underrated before the buffs, and it was actually really good if you knew how to use it. It felt like more of a mid range weapon than a cqc. Game actually was dying not just because of content, but because of the community that sabotages itself over and over again.

Obeya and OBIR can do it too though, OBIR a bit better at it since it's like a shotgun. Not sure why the CQC argument is a thing. Then people are mentioning it has too much range. I'm sorry, what? It's not like you're getting 90+m'd instantly by the thing, so I don't see the point. It's still weaker compared to other guns that fit the role of ranged. It's versatile but not the master of those range groups...

Insane that the Ntec is getting changed... again. For the CQC argument, if you lose to an ntec with an oca/pmg, sorry that's on you. As for range, it takes a lot of shots to kill someone. I really don't see why it needs a nerf.. again.
