I'm pretty sure he meant the people who has different titles such as "never leaves the car" "backstabbles people" etc. (I've seen 3-4 people with titles like that in Citadel)

Hi all! I was simply playing with my friends. No need to explain much since title makes it a bit obvious. When I try to reconnect it says my account is signed in on another client, however my friends don't get that message, but also can't connect. Did the servers crash, or...?
