If you really did not get the rewards, the best thing would be to contact support as they should be able to verify what did or didn't get sent to your account. And they should also be able to see if you did complete the requirements.

its fun on normal missions but not on the dynamic events, headless horsemen event was completely different than this.

I think you should bring back the headless horsemen event with new changes ,clothes,  rewards etc...idk why but I really like that event even if you don't change anything.
