A small QoL change would be an improvement to the map, showing what area has been captured by which team and which areas are neutral.

The rate of fire decrease was a good downside, but the percentages were too high. 

Reverting the whole mod to a broken point agains is, imo, a bad move.

not having premium robs you from all the great customization this game provides. I mean come on, 3 decals on a piece of clothing, 7 decals on a vehicle and 25 creating a symbol? that's just way too limited.

I'd suggest increase the decal limit to 25 for clothes and vehicles and 50 for symbols.

also, reduce the cash and XP gain gap. maybe give non-premium a 50% boost in both, while taking away these 50% from the 130% and 90% we already have, making it a +80% and +40% boost on cash and XP.
premium would stay the same that way, and non-premium wouldn't be such a huge pain.


EDIT:
lmao forgot about the cooldown on mods... remove that and make every mod have -50% cooldown in general, it's the only real "pay 2 win" aspect this game has right now...

Its not about losing consistently, its that Ntec is versatile at almost any range. 
He has the potential killing you at close combat.
But other way around, the Smgs or shotguns dont even have any chance to win against Ntec at 30m+.

Ntec just needs a slight nerf to accuracy recovery and hipfire accuracy in general (including standing still and crouching)
It wont destroy the gun, it would just make it inferior to CQB weapons like SMGs and shotguns at close range.

which old ir3 are we talking about?
the ir3 at game release was horrible balanced
the 2nd ir3 without the percentage range increase was a lot better, but just in a simplified way (i mean it should show how much more range you really get, and not in a percentage).

APB isn't P2W but it does a poor job of expressing that with the unclear weapon stats, altered coloring of weapons and whatever else. We need that to be changed.

The problem is that it's nearly impossible to make new and good weapon for the game cuz we have all variations of all type of weapons. Cosmetic things, at the current state, is the best thing can be implemented in armas imho.

look at warframe. They still add lots of new weapons, even tho they have more than hundreds of weapons already.

Game just needs more free content. Especially weapons.
My suggestion would be to add all weapons from events to everybody, including newcomers. Then add an option where you can buy permament guns for in game cash, and lots of new weapons for cash. Because right now, every content that has been added was trough ARMAS.

i think the IR before was better and less complicated. the percentage range increase is... useless on some weapons and offers less diversity.
I like the downside tho. It was a good change!
