    Frankly, the approach they've taken so far is much better than actually giving an estimate and continuously missing it like G1 have famously done in the past. Just be patient and let them finish it up, we wouldn't want a half-assed job yet again now, would we?

    You can delete all the instrument files from your APB directory to completely disable them. I would advise against anything like that until they've clarified all their views on modifying game files and the like, though. An option in the menu would be ideal.

    As stated in the Q&A and countless times on the forums by now, almost all cheat bans will be reversed sometime after BattlEye (the new anti-cheat) is implemented into the game.

    Yeah, once the game is significantly more representable I'm sure they've got some plans to advertise the game and spread the word in general. Like Matt has said previously, there's a bit of a stigma around the APB name itself that will take some time, effort and hard work to reverse.

    Correct, they did not. I'd assume it's not exactly top priority at the moment, but I agree it would be cool to see at some point in the future. It severely hindered their ability to produce some of the content we've been asking for.

    I do sorta like this idea, although it'd be too hard to distinguish between actual false bans and people who did cheat, I don't think it'd be fair for legit players who put so many hours into their accounts.

    Be patient, the order tickets are answered in may not be chronological. Depending on the type of request, it may take longer to process.

    Some countries are locked for Prime... and i rly dont want to pay $ to prime just to get free rewards. I rather buy those items from game itself.

    Sure, it wouldn’t necessarily have to be locked to Prime, but you can’t deny it’d be great publicity for the game at a stage where it’s presentable enough.

    Most definitely. It wouldn’t be feasible to do any kind of big scale promotion before BattlEye is implemented and fully functioning as intended, as well as the UE 3.5 upgrade being complete.

    I realize cheaters would *create a fresh steam account, without other games, to it use for cheating*, but again - those types of players will exist regardless and with a level 0-5 empty steam account and untouchable god-like skills, they're not so hard to spot 🙂
     

    I have more distaste for the veteran type of player, who uses closet-cheats and pretends a certain level of skill and even has pride in it, when it's a friggin' program doing the work.
    Those types of veterans would be risking a lot more by the steam model.

     

    It's possible. It wouldn't be a VAC Ban, but rather a Game Ban. A lot of games do that. H1Z1, PUBG, etc.
