  1. What Nvidia setting are you set with in the control panel. I had similar issues when editing the advanced settings.

     

    Most of the time when I think about objects popping up its based off the LOD and the view distance setting built in the game. I would say that's normal

    It will consider ninja ripper as a third party application since apb needs to be run in the background via application selection in the options. most likely it will flag upon use since ninja ripper uses dll's to rip models sending a message for a ban or something. I'm guessing the dlls activate once you press the corresponding hotkeys to rip the files the game freezes. that's when it injects something.

So what you are asking is, Gold players should be only able to play in gold districts and are restricted to gold unless they lose their rank and they can access the other districts and when they go back to gold they must go back to a gold district. fight club and social district in general. you want to separate what little player base we have by their threat levels. mainly greens against green, bronze against bronze, and ect.
