if they can get the COBR-A and the Artemis down to .8-.85 ttk with their old bloom recovery, they'd get used a LOT more I think

that's what I just said lol... And I'mm pretty sure all the weapons you listed do have a huge accuracy penalty when firing while mid-air

honestly, I prefer to see the N-Tec, OCA, PMG, and NSSW to be the standard at which to bring the other weapons up to..
Nerfing everything into the ground would hurt this game dramatically. Giving more options on the way you play can only help

Still hoping they're putting the COBR-A and the Artemis back to where they were before G1 added the curves system bloom to them.. they used to be full bloom recovery guns like the LCR, but with a tiny bit higher ttk than the average rifle

I only use the SWARM in place of the ALIG... if there's a chance there will be a lot of movements in the missions and I see the enemies ride together. It does sound amazing and is fun to use for an all around hybrid though
The NSSW/VAS-SW2 on the other hand is AMAZING at taking down players at medium range. Slap HB2 and HS3 on it and you have a slightly slower ttk ntec that has auto bloom recovery and a larger magazine.. and you can fire and move with the nssw as long as you ADS. Can't do that with the SWARM effectively..

The changes only help, and they were made not because shotguns were weak (damage is still the same), but because the server's health negatively affects the effectiveness of high firerate weapons and weapons that spit out 9-21 pellets at once.. most of the weapon balance changes are just bringing weapons back to the effectiveness that they had. CSG/TAS20 still hold that damage nerf they had

i play on overclocked 4690K at 4.7ghz with single gtx 970 i get 110-120 fps on mission districts in asylum i have minimum of around 90fps when its 20v20
I use a Predator X34 ultra wide... the bad thing about ultrawide is that the highest you can find without paying $2,000+ is about 100hz which is what this is... doesn't matter much for me. I'm not an e-sports contestant and I stay away from trash like CS:GO lol

So are these basically getting reverted back to their former glory? They used to have instant bloom recovery kind of like the Star LCR.. the COBR-A needed a firerate increase and instead they messed with the bloom for whatever reason

I am definitely a crim main... and I'm agreeing with the enforcers on this one.
Until crims get crim-only weapons and enforcers get a minigame like hacking or something different from ram raiding to earn money outside of mission, witnessing is their way to make money.. besides using LTL to get double points in missions lol
I honestly make much more money in fightclub and regular missions than ramraiding, but I have premium so meh

I can get about 110 fps in regular districts and anywhere from 80-110 in fightclubs @3440x1440.. I might have my fps limited to be under 110 because of my monitor though lol

And why would you not count in paypal bonuses? You do buy G1c, do you not?
EDIT:Just wanted to acknowledge that you're absolutely right. account version of the shredder saves an entire 139 G1c, so my way only gives you 1273 more g1c than your method instead of 1,412 more LOL

so here's how this actually works out.
Weird how you need calculus to create a formula for small fractions.
-Right now if you buy $50 worth of G1c, you get 4,600 g1c. A 4,000 g1c weapon would be 2,000 at 50% off leaving you with 2600 G1c left
If you bought 2 weapons, it would cost 4,000 G1c and you'd be left with 600 G1c.
-As of the 9th, if you buy $50 worth of G1c, you get 5750 g1c. A 4000 g1c weapon will cost 2,600 g1c at 35% off, leaving you with 3150 G1c left
If you buy 2 weapons, it would cost 5,200 G1c and you'd be left with 550 G1c.
If you add $100, the amount you can buy and the amount of G1c are the same. At $200 it's better after the 9th.
And not ALL weapon have 50% off.
In conclusion, it depends on how much you buy and how many weapons you're getting.

The LCR can actually drop off enough to turn into a 9 shot kill after 91m, where the Obeya does not ever drop off within the 100m range of the game into a 9 shot kill. It also has 3/4 the TTK compared to the LCR while remaining plenty accurate. Also the more shots you add to the LCR, the exponentially worse the TTK compares meaning a single missed shot is vastly worse to an LCR than an Obeya.
Also how is a gun that kills in 1.2 seconds at its very best an all rounder.... The STAR 556 (NOT LCR) is an amazing all around weapon, the LCR, is not. Its a long range weapon, that is inferior to every option available. Even the DMR is vastly better than it.
oh yeah, it is 77m, but at that distance, you aren't going to be reaching anywhere near your full ttk with the obeya whereas you would with the LCR because of bloom recovery and delay. Same with just about every other long range weapon. HVR, DMR, Obeya, OBIR, NCR, Oblivion, ISSR, SBRS.. none of them reach full TTK without crazy RNG, but LCR can come out in a fight because it hold it's full ttk and ease of use at 80m and under. The only thing that came close to it for ease of use was the old ISSR.
Evenly high skill gap players can appreciate ease of use and fully recovering bloom per shot on full auto, and that makes the weapon worth it.

Would also like to see the SWARM get some love for movement spread, but it's way on the backburners.. I just like AV/hybrid weapons like that. It's too bad we don't have any slower firing automatics with bloom recovery that are AV.. unless they really help the SBSR and the Shredder
