The Real Flex

Bought a bunch of stuff from armas and redeemed coupons unlocked by purchases. None of the items appear in my mail, the premium is active on the armas page but not in game, and I sent in a ticket with all the necessary information. My question is literally how long after 24 hours do people usually have to wait to claim if they even do? My big worry is i just bought something for a game that doesn't even sell it anymore.
