    Most bans are being lifted unless you were actively engaging in the few issues mentioned in the Q/A, which I think was mostly duping and fraud.
    So iZonex you should be fine, we can't expect LO to do everything instantly, they've already made really good progress on APB in such a short amount of time. 

    Just give it a bit, you'll be fine.

    From what I've seen this seems about right.
    I've noticed there's still a few newer looking accounts/characters being played that use something simple like walls or just basic aimbot but I haven't seen any closets recently, mostly everyone is either blatant (For what few of them I see) or they just aren't hacking.

    GMs are currently being recruited so this shouldn't be an issue for too much longer, but I think we all trust LO to choose the right people to enforce the rules.

    While it's not fun for anyone to deal with players who refuse to follow the rules there's not much you can do besides chucking a report in on them.

    Quick edit: You can always view the current staff here https://forums.gamersfirst.com/staff/ and I do believe the Volunteer GMs appear on that list as well, so contacting them directly (Once they're set up) may be an option

    Yes the DTing is an issue but only because of matchmaking and the whole segregation system. We just need a system in place that hinders and buffs people based on who they are fighting because no amount of bronze noobs will ever be as good as a High skilled Gold.     I'm gonna agree here, I personally think it's far too easy to get to Bronze or Gold, make dethreating/threating take longer, if you look at games like CS:GO/Dota/LOL/ect you notice there are people who derank but it's in such smaller numbers because it's so difficult.
    However, I feel like this will give way to people creating completely new accounts just to stomp lower threat districts, and just swap back to their main account when they want to.

    The topic of how the new ranking structure should be is a very difficult one, I even admit my idea has flaws to it.

    I would look into your virus protection and make sure it's not blocking your connection through APB.
    Since you can obviously connect,

    If I remember correctly Matt Scott stated in Kempington's Q/A that they won't try and "expunge" G1 from any of it's credentials.
    I think he referenced this directly in the Q/A too.

    It's still going to be there.
    Look at games like Arma3, running Battle eye and being almost entirely client side.
    Driving is often warpy, and desync is a major issue that causes vehicles to teleport into each other and just explode, not even including what you can abuse with desync ramming.

    Considering the communication Matt Scott and the rest of the LO team have had with us lately I'm willing to bet they'll put an announcement out a day or two before the actual patch drops so we get time to be notified about it so there are no unnecessary bans.

    I'm not a console player, but shouldn't the legendary weapons be displayed the same as how PC does?

    Most people find that weapons are "OP" simply because they're tinted gold.
    If I remember the Q/A with Matt Scott correctly they did say they were going to look into removing that stigma and do a tad bit of balancing for weapons, as I can agree some are a tad OP, but for the most part, a lot are reskinned.
