Cause you already bought them for JT and now can rebuy them for ingame cash if needed.

These bugs know for ages now.

I personally use clothing agent II, some one uses kevlar or that anti granade armor name I can't remember.

So I created a new character after long period of offline, I remember that it usually bans you for 3 days, but for some reason It's been 2 weeks now and I can't sell, trade or buy anything. It kinda pisses me off that I'm playing without any mods, got like 300k $ at rank 80 and still driving this beginner slow-mobile Audi TT. I've noticed few people have the same issue. Sent a ticket 3 days ago but no reply so far.
