    Maybe the community isn't that happy because they came with a completely new different mode (RIOT) and some other features it will include which i was abit scared, honestly.

    But you know what? I was wrong, always paid attention to what is being said and when i tried it for the first time, well.. i wasn't totally sure about what to do and how to act but after some time past i was so much happy, because finally we have had atleast something completely new and fresh, never seen in this game since years.

     

    love the optimism , but this cannot bring hope to many who left the game thinking as if they wasted money on investing in it . 

     if they further delay EU with the release of RIOT and the bugs that comes afterwards lol, I dont think when the actual EU will bring back the game. 

    I will not be playing a game if I dont have any friends interested in it with me.

    I did , but not in game sorry. I am lazy to do a proper video to hide his name and show you what I found suspicious. Posting that on forum seems pointless, the post is not just about that or that one guy. Thank you for your feedback. Appreciated.

    why did he need it in the middle of the stream, he did not have it  for the good 30 min of the stream. Later after someone pointing it out on his stream about it , he turned it off like a good lad. So I am  still on the assumption that it was just not just a cross hair overlay. Sorry.

    As of new year's day 2015 Cross hair shaders were banned.

    Before that I admit to using them and when I removed them, what I found was that my aim was actually worse than I expected it to be overall... but saying that, the cross hairs didn't make me greatly better either.

     

    Overtime when you don't practice marksmanship or hip fire properly, one become dependant on the shader then you become lazy with your aim.

    The only real advantage is when the reticles disappear while sprinting or falling. Another thing to remember is while your aim may be more accurate, but that doesn't mean your gun is.

     

    The only argument against shaders I find is "why should others be allowed when I can't", there are far worse things for staff to worry about.

    I wouldn't go back to using a shaders and frankly the whole debate around them is bigger than the actual issue I feel.

     

     

    This is just one of those times I feel we should just leave Customer Support be because we don't know what it's like doing their job, and while it may be constructive and healthy to debate these things, I don't think staff would appreciate being second guessed all the time.

    Still not sure the one I spotted was actually using a cross-hair while he did not need it for the   big chunk of that stream and all of a sudden he needed it , so I am still not convinced it is just a cross hair at that point, I do have some suspicious no recoil moments in that stream later on after he has the cross hair popped up.

    Little Orbit removed name and shame as it furthered toxic behaviour...

    A live broadcast of people of cheating would surely only server to give them infamy.

     

    You're not seriously suggesting this, It's their a minutes of having their name plastered over the server for all to see. Regardless if they're streaming or recording for Youtube.

     

    Like some people in LA run from the cops just for fun, and if they get a news helicopter to cover their hot pursuit then they've achieved fame!

    It's giving them a spotlight, That's is how they will see it and that is exactly what some of these people want!

    well if they are streaming with cheats , its better to get them banned faster.

    By alert system I mean is a  separate and exclusive session of report/support to handle streaming cheaters asap. 

     

    Ps : Alert is for LO to get notified about the cheater not for players.

    I am not sure because , he did not have it while he was streaming earlier and he had it after a hot-key press during a mission. Since then, no recoil but there was hit-reg delays.

    they dont since we have live streaming ones who are proud to show of their cheats to rub it in our faces.

    You completely missed why I said what I said.

     

    I would "purposely" group up with friends any chance I get.

    It's what makes APB even more fun.

    That doesn't mean I know if someone cheats or not.

    And even if you said they do how do I know if you are right or not?

    We just had a thread started by a guy who (as banned reminded us) has hackusated over being run over by a car.

     

    You are  saying (intentionally or not)  I should be punished for grouping with new  friends on APB that I made

    This could also be happening to you mind you.

    Which means someone cheats then to punish people just because they exist in a group to have fun on APB?

    Witch hunts are a real bad thing.

    To punish people like this there is no balance , no fairness with that at all.

     

    So because of a desire for fairness I would suggest sticking to current policy of gathering evidence and letting BattleEye and Little Orbit doing their jobs instead of changing it to a witch hunt

    He asked if we could ban groups and this ^^^ is why I always say no to that.

    if you are frequently grouping with cheaters and you do believe they are cheating and you are grouping up with them for the wins and carry - you are equally guilty. There are those who support the cheaters for a token of thanks for carrying.

    That LO is fixing that wonky code and planning to make a far better iteration of the game we all love.  Later, after we have a new engine make complaints.  Why complain about what's already broken?

    yes they are fixing armas and other money grabs, if that is the hope this game shall remain uninstalled since 2018
