    Id sure love to get compensation here. But A: This is just not the way it works and B: they cannot afford to flood their best/most crazy customers with G1Cs. They need the money you know. And we will buy more stuff if they get the game going again with and without compensation.

     

    I would appreciate any gesture when it comes to this but it wont happen for quite some time anyway.

    Thanks for  trying to help guys. Just wanted to let you know, i made some progress.

     

    The only way i get Steam payment option displayed is, when i try to buy something i dont have enough G1C for. Then System says "you dont have enough blablabla" and there i could use my Steam wallet.

     

    A friend of mine has the same problem. Seems to me something doesnt work quite as planned here.

    Very disappointing. Among my buddies, we bought gifts all the time. Just yesterday i bought a 400 G1C MB as a little birthday present and got one mate Premium to get him started and stick around. We always help out those who cant afford stuff. Its part of the fun and not a small one. You´ll loose money here LO thats for sure.

     

    Dear LO, your words make us dream about a bright future for our beloved APB. Your first deed is a sucker punch :classic_sad:

    Looks like it did not help. After a painfull long time the updating process was done, the yellow bar is full now. Still im stuck in the launcher as the grey button above does not move beyond 30% or so.

     

    Now this is a serious problem. I hope any advice will come.

     

    ps  sorry if my mediocre english makes it hard to understand my posting at times

    i just uninstalled the game. Downloading again (this time via Steam) worked just as expected and was done after 9 mins. Unfortunatley then the updating process started within the launcher. At the begining at 10 KB/s but that was the high point. Speed declined steadily and is actually at 500 bytes/s. Painfull to watch. Ill keep u updated.

    Hello, 

    yesterday everything worked fine. Now when i try to start APB the launcher opens, but its stuck in the uploading process. (actuall running for 7 mins)

    Any suggestions? This is really a bummer :classic_sad:

    I like this. He had no reason to come here and point fingers at himself 

     

    There is no excuse for cheating. But the spirit LO created for the resurrection of APB is something special. Therefor, welcome back. Dot it right his time!

    As you know, us players are an impatient bunch. Every time we have to play against cheaters we cant help but think "will they ever roll out the first patch?". Threads start to pop up from people doubting LO will get it done.

     

    Thank you Mr. Scott for this kind of information. It shows LO is working on many fronts and that you are willing to give insight on a level, few Gaming companies have ever done. It reminds us that beside the mountain of work you have to get done, new things happen almost every day.

    Hello, 

    a friend of mine wanted to give APB a shot again. He forgot his password and tried to reset it on the g1 site. Thats hours ago. How long does it take to recive the mail? System said mail will be sent.
