  1. Give the ATAC a tweak not a nerf or as I said, buff other weapons so they may compete. 
     

    Take the OCA for example, it got nerfed and everyone mostly just switched to PMG and now people are calling for the PMG to get nerfed, and if that gets nerfed? What would be next? What would be the brand new SMG everyone uses?  The Maniac(tho it is locked behind a $40 pack so maybe not?)
     

    If the ATAC gets nerfed a bit too much, everyone will just flock to another weapon and then the same process will repeat. 
     

    Let’s tweak the rabid and frenzy’s bloom and recoil, let’s give the norsemen some love, the SBSRs, The Shredder, ISSR-a, Anubis, and EOLs. We can’t just keep nerfing everything, unless they’re truly and utterly broken(like the Pre-nerf Yukon) or they’re just small tweaks to bring the weapon inline(HVR QS and NTEC jumpshotting.) 

     

     

    The ATAC is definitely an strong and easy to use weapon, but it’s certainly not that OP. I do think it probably needs something looked at but     nothing that big. Besides, if it did get nerfed? What would people use next? The Raptors? FAR? Would those weapons be labeled op and ez to use if the ATAC got a nerf?

    Nerf one thing then players will just point to the next thing and call it OP. Nerf the PMG, players will go look at the maniac, nerf the ATAC, then people will probably look at the Raptor the same way.

     

    That's the cycle, so instead of just nerfing everything, how about we buff or tweak some other weapons so that they can perform and compete against the stronger and better weapons?

    tbh i wouldn't even care if they knocked the atac range back to 40m, that's where it was originally iirc and it still struggled to min ttk within its range

    Whoa there pal, Raptor’s already taken that niche at 40m.


  4. Its definitely strong and easy to use but not broken or OP; it takes 8 shots to kill and doesn't out range any other AR, it also lacks the accuracy one can achieve with a NTEC even if you tapfire the weapon and i'd even argue the STAR is more accurate at range then it. 

     

    As for Golds going 20-5, chances are, they would of likely went 20-5 with a NTEC as well. Even if the ATAC is easy to use, Player skill still greatly affects how well it will ultimately do.

    Yep, there always will be smuf players, but at least it's a beginning

     

    LO has to STIMULATE AND  PROTECT  more our new player base, you cant throw up new players against people with 5/20 k APB hours that starting shooting you from your spawn because after ages you know without thinking where they will be or where they will be come from...

     

    Ookay, but this doesn't have anything to do with the topic at hand.

     

    This is about removing personal explosives not about the new players. 



    Personally, im all for this but as stated above: What about them respawning? How will we know their around? Where will they be? Will they be close enough too the objectives(like vehicle missions) so the opp can grab them in time(plus equip them and then wind up a shot)? How would the OPGL fall into this? It has no real use when it comes to AV unless the car is stationary? Would the missions effect which explosives would spawn? If so, would it be restricted too certain stages of the missions or would they be available through all stages? 

    One of my major concerns regards the EOLs, the unwanted disappointments of the explosives. For the few and small base of players such as myself that use them, what would occur too them? Would they be safe from this simply due to how bad they are  and lack of usage protect them or would they fall under it? Personally, i wouldn't want them to be caught up in this IF this would to ever occur, imagine getting the hammer on something like creme da crime or that armored truck mission, that wouldn't be fun. 

     

    As annoying, frustrating and bad explosives are and can be, they are still one of the best ways to deal with vehicles and in the case of OPGL, especially for players that know what their doing(which is rare but still), remove/dislodge players from rooftops and other hard to reach and advantageous positions even with the availability of grenades.

    HB2 is a upgrade on the  NSSW, You can fully auto with it at 65m as mentioned above  and CJ is great for tap-firing. 
     

    Im starting to doubt that you’ve actually touched the NSSW and are trying to brush it too the side cuz it’s a LMG.

    NSSW can counter the NTEC easily but is worst at killing vehicles then ALIG. Don’t know what you’re going on about there.

    Car killing only, I'd pick the Case KO no question no matter what. Aligs stopped being good years ago, well before the Case KO and the ISSR were introduced. Aligs got over-shadowed by the CSG long before it got nerfed, then the PMG beat it out for car/player killing, followed by the introduction of the DMR-AV. Then years later the ISSR was brought in. Aligs were NEVER worth using past OBT/Steam release and are still a basically a useless gun to this day. ISSR/DMR-AV/Stock DMR/JG Shotgun and Case KO make the Alig look like total trash as they provide less recoil, better ttks and more overall value to a team at any given stage, even on full time car missions. Hell a stock OPGL beats an alig vs vehicles if you can hit the car with a single nade. Even a Shaw is better LMG than Alig because it eats players alive whereas an Alig has 1 job and it's been years since it was the best at said job.

     

    You must be very drunk as the CASE are ALIG reskins. So you’re still calling the ALIG bad while also calling it good.
