Also bear in mind that most of these players if not everyone of them usually have a custom crosshair that helps to center their aiming disregarding the crosshair bloom when moving or jumping. That's the only way to do effective jump-shots and keep a good tracking of aim while moving. Whoever says the contrary is either lying or just naive.

    Thats actually bs.

  2. Its matchmaking fault, but also the players.
I often see people who shit on these new players only because they can,
They are so greedy for kills because they are bad players themselves and finally have a chance to farm someone.

If I play against low ranks bronze/silver I let them win and kill me.
I maybe get a kill or 2 for some points but thats it.
I will even whisper them how to change advanced district after the match and maybe tell them to use easier weapons for the beginning.

If everyone would be like me, the APB World would be a better place:)
Scrubs get help, veterans get shit on and ragequit.

My criticism was constructive that´s the point. You know mainly i just said that it would be better having in priority an real functional Anti Cheat System then an new Engine. That was MY Opinion

Ever thought about you are just bad at the game and the "cheaters" are actually legit players?
    Think about that scrub.

I actually believe being a crim gives you combat advantages, for example a crim's shooting animation when using a FBW shoots with one hand only as opposed to enforcers holding the gun with both hands. It has a sort of placebo effect on the player since the hands a more free during the shooting animation that makes the player become more nifty and shifty moving around while shooting? IDK if its like that for others but its true for me.

i dont know what to say anymore

all the edgy new players pick crim because bad guys are cool and then by the time they hit max rank and reroll they know how to play

    so enforcers are def better

Because crims make cop alts, they convert to cops? ok.

Also, the cops are the edgy players "Ohh .. i want to be guardian of justice, i look so cool spamming my blue light!" damn weirdos

The APB_Catcher is the process that handles exceptions thrown by the main game executable. Contrary to what OP states this process is absolutely necessary. Without it the game can potentially crash in a way that is not graceful and can cause issues beyond that.

The APB_Catcher is a child process, i.e it's parent (the main game executable) is responsible for handling it's execution and termination based on it's own run time. The issue you're seeing is to the fact that the APB_Catcher process is not being terminated correctly by the main game executable, resulting in a zombie process. A zombie process needs to be terminated manually or by a program that is designed to determine any dead processes.

Also instead of pinging Matt Scott directly, maybe leave a bug in the proper place. For like the 100th time.

That could be a wikipedia article
