The BattlEye bans any kind of use related to AutoHotkey.
Unfortunately, I think you can see some players with some macros (implemented directly in your mouse software, and so you need a GM to verify it). -
No major updates have yet been applied, however already several negative reviews have passed to be positive ... but here we are talking about about 13k negative reviews to change, so it's a bit difficult.

VoiP broken?
in PC
8 minutes ago, Bva said:Since i dont see my thread anywhere anymore i decided to post it again but this time in more detail.
My VoiP has been broken ever since the BE update yesterday, i've already tried multiple things.
Restarting PC, APB and Vivox;
Repairing APB;
Removing Vivox+Repairing APB;
Updating Sound Card;Re-install APB;
Disconnected all input devices and connecting them again;
Closing Vivox whilst APB is running, and opening it again;
Turning on ''Push to talk'' and turning it off, neither of them appear to work;
Disabling/Enabling VoiP in-game.
My voice communication works perfectly fine on Discord and Skype.
I seem to be one of the few who is experiencing these issues, if anyone has any tips/fixes that i didn't try yet, please suggest them.Strange, for me everything is working. Given the many steps of fix attempt you've made I think it can go to the conclusion that it's a rare little bug.
If you can't fix it in any way, report this problem in the "Bugs and Tech Issues" section.@CANINE I tag a moderator that I found very helpful, waiting in an answer.

On the unban of thousands of accounts i'm in agreement, several of these banned unjustly and as seen by steamcharts, is yielding to the game several players who were not seen from 2013.
As for the wipe it may be there, but I would have taken away maybe only 70%, but I can understand that it can be a difficult operation.- 1

Very but very strange...I recommend that you try to restart your computer and perform the step I have indicated.

It's not worth their time to constantly patch and update their cheats just to be able to support people getting banned and stuff.
I'm sorry to give a bad news, but having been in these kinds of "communities", the biggest providers of these maleficent tools are already working on how to get around the new anti-cheat. I therefore foresee a return of the cheaters in a few weeks, if not days.
This means that there is a constant need to complete BE to the maximum.

Any person with C/C++ background would understand my point, which the importance of having both server sided and client sided protection to effectively eliminate suspicious/cheating actions. Problem is a lot of people replying either didn't understand my point properly or are just commenting with 0 knowledge of how cheat detection works. They're just delusional and are going through wishful thinking that battleye alone is sufficient.
A few years ago I worked on two sites (which are currently online) that sell cheats. Out of curiosity given the new acquisition I contacted him to see if they were willing to continue with a future cheat of APB and apparently they are. For this reason the BattlEye should not be underestimated.

So we can compare too many anti-cheat softwares, but we never truly checked their actions within the game (except for FairFight which is currently a walking joke).
For the moment the EasyAntiCheat I saw only working on Dead by Daylight and Fortnite, so I wouldn't venture too much, but a BattlEye - EasyAntiCheat pair would be hard to overcome.
Regarding the BattlEye, there are some games where there is still the presence of cheater, but they are banned in not even 2 days.
Fairfight is a system recording, and not a real anticheat (which then identifies the cheat), but records the actions of a player and then a Staffer (real and true) must evaluate whether those types of statistics are human or not. In Battlefield it works. It would only be to adjust a little and take several GMs. -

So, will Battleye be present with fairfight, or it's a case of either/or? I know for a fact that battleye alone is not sufficient and it will just be a matter of time before new cheats are made, and that would suck! I'm recommending Punkbuster + Battleye + Fairfight(if possible) since it would be really hard to bypass three layers, 2 of which are client-sided injection detectors.
What are you guys' thoughts on this?If updated as you should the BattlEye can safely go it alone, but if you want to be sure you can try it for:
1. BattlEye - Fairfight - EasyAntiCheat
2. BattlEye - Fairfight
3. BattlEye - EasyAntiCheatPunkBuster in the past gave so many problems, so it has been removed and it is better that there is never more.
