I'm having a similar issue except it's been going on for almost a year now where if I'm on my wifi or even connected straight through the router I log into the game select breakwater or financial etc. And I get disconnected before the game even loads how ever I can turn on my mobile hotspot and log in and play just fine. (Except for the fact that its laggy as a mofo) I just want to be able to play the game...

I have been having this issue for several months I log in get to select a district and after selecting district it gose to the loading screen but it gose back to the main login screen saying you have been disconnected from the world server unexpectedly, your character may be locked in the district please allow 15 minutes for your character to be unlocked. This has been happening for months
