that empty char select window...i logged out since i couldnt see my horse anymore, though its on minimap, and now cant log back in...well i waited 4 min on char select and im back in wasteland and the horse is visible again, yay !

hi tech team, it seems there's some heavy timeout at char select screen today, takes like 1 min to display the char, and all key all greyed except Exit, gotta wait 1 min for the char to appear before clicking Play

i do mind waiting....but i dont mind the rollback...thats how bad i do mind waiting...

nah, he said, most of team went home, and a little will lag behind to fix the rollback mess, and this fixing seems to be a new mess my hope is they dont insist too much if the fails repeat over and over, put the working rollback and handle the support issues

3 hours down already, i guess the latest database test failed miserably and we will have to accept the rollback...

you know very well how public image works, you gotta sell a way better image of your actual self than reality, or you get no customers, you got to make them dream, get over it, thats life

the game recovery took 1 full week, give them some slack and rest

too bad for the loss in the process, too bothered for support ticket, thx for the work te get it back, even if it fell down some stairs, will have to climb them again, i guess the images werent made out from the last data or the last data images were corrupted somehow

hi, were there no plans of hardware upgrade that would speed up the boot and troubleshooting to begin with ? seems like move the relics first and upgrade them to 2019 standards for FE 2.0 project was a bad idea, relics died in the middle... maybe its a clue to upgrade the hardware now rather than later ?

nope, they still have troubles with timeouts between servers...says its "online" atm but u just cant have the char select screen, so...

ah the compensation beggar teaches me...okay ^^
