  11. Hello everybody, at about 8PM UTC our Los Angeles Data center has identified and informed us of an outage on their end affecting the APB servers. We have already reached out to them and are hoping things are back as soon as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience and will keep you all updated on the matter.
  12. Users that have applied this fix can now safely revert to the default MTU value by running the fix again but with the following command: netsh interface ipv4 set subinterface "NameOfTheAdapter" mtu=1500 store=persistent
  13. Last weeks maintenance we made major changes to the backend infrastructure to help the many users who have had latency/packetloss related issues preventing them from playing the game. This has had some side effects which we are deploying potential fixes for today. As these are rather large changes we have a team working on-site as well as remotely to deploy these changes. The maintenance team is separate from the Development team meaning that none of these downtimes affect the development of the next patch which will include new contacts, guns and more.
  14. Hello everyone, as many of you noticed the servers are currently offline. This is because the maintenance has started much later than intended at 5PM UTC rather than the intended 9AM UTC. We expect the servers to be coming back online in the coming hours.

Hi everyone, STATS for 6/6/2025: Oldest ticket: May 27 Total Tickets in the system: 528 Unassigned Tickets: 140 Assigned Unsolved Tickets: 428 Pending Tickets: 258 (awaiting player response) There was a sizable jump in trouble tickets this week due to the network outage. We have fixes for players unable to get into the game, so I hope to clear those fairly rapidly. Thanks, Matt

Hello everyone, we have identified the issue causing some of you to be unable to load your characters and have a temporary fix for those affected that you may use to get back into the game while we're working on the system-wide fix on our end as the permanent solution for this issue. To fix the issue on your end please follow the instructions below: Open your Command Prompt by typing "CMD" into your Windows Search. Enter the command `ipconfig` to list all of your Internet Network Adapters. Look for the Network Adapter that connects to the Internet as shown in the image below. (Outlined in Yellow) Once you have identified your Network adapter look for its name. (Outlined in Red) With the name for the Network Adapter that is in use identified you can now enter the following command: netsh interface ipv4 set subinterface "Adaptername" mtu=1350 store=persistent Example command based on the screenshot below: netsh interface ipv4 set subinterface "Ethernet" mtu=1350 store=persistent If you have entered the command with the correct Network Adapter Name you should once again be able to load your characters.

  20. Hi everyone, Yesterday, we took the game down for standard maintenance and to switch Anti DDoS providers. This was supposed to be a pretty simple procedure... but like all things APB, it quickly unraveled and turned into a cluster. Our fiber connection in Amsterdam has had some issues, and it went out midstream. They got in back online, but an issue with other hardware prevented the EU World from fully functioning. We sorted out those issues, only to have the optic fiber connection go bad again. At this point, we have worked with our Amsterdam host to replace all the hardware giving us issues. The goal is get EU back online as soon as possible. To be clear, no player data was lost. The outage has been a cascade of fixing underlying network issues that were missed when we put Amsterdam online, or came up during our Anti DDoS cutover. I'll give updates here until that happens. Then over the next week, we will replace all of the other hardware that has been not been 100%. To be continued.. Thanks, Matt
  21. We're currently in the process of reconfiguring parts of the EU World to fix the ongoing login issues - The EU World will be unavailable during this process.

  27. Hello everybody, Our standard weekly maintenance will be held this Wednesday (05/28) starting at 9 AM UTC. The game should be back up and running in 6 to 8 hours. We're going to be deploying a couple of back end changes which require us to temporarily disable the Premium Service - Any purchase made during the downtime will NOT benefit from the 20% Premium discount and we will not be offering compensation for any purchase made during this time. Once the Game is back online we will have re-enabled the Premium Services and purchases should once again benefit from the 20% Discount. Thank you for your patience.
