  2. Hello everybody, Our standard weekly maintenance will be held this Thursday (05/21) starting at 9:00 AM UTC. The game should be back up and running in 6 to 8 hours. Patch notes: Adds "Legends Street Wear" Bundle to the Joker Ticket store. This pack will have account wide versions available for purchase on ARMAS shortly after the maintenance has concluded. This pack will feature the new Legends clothing items. These weren't quite ready for Legends release but we've patched them up and wanted to release them for our Memorial Day sale so players can get an extra early-bird discount on these new items should they want the account wide versions. Please note that due to the large amount of item combinations some of these new clothing items may currently allow for some unintended item combinations, releasing them now should help us identify and fix them quicker than we would during our regular testing cycles. Adds a new Matchmaking UI that will display the amount of Matchmaking passes, players ready per faction as well as the amount of ongoing backup calls. Adds a new static crosshair in the middle of the screen while a player is sprinting as well as the option to turn it off found in the games options menu. Fixed an issue causing Cross-District matches or backup calls to not properly add individual players or teams leading to missions starting with not all players or backup calls getting stuck as "Pending". Pending players now get cleared after a certain period of time should they fail to connect to the new district. Fixed an issue causing players to disconnect when making new characters or renaming existing ones. Balance Updates: SBSR 'Coroner' & 'IRS' Lowered Stamina damage from 250 to 245. Dev comment: This is a minor change to prevent players from using the SBSR's in combination with the Stabba PIG to allow for almost instantaneous stuns. Thank you for your patience.

  5. Hello everybody, Our standard weekly maintenance will be held this Wednesday (05/13) starting at 9:00 AM UTC. The game should be back up and running in 6 to 8 hours. Patch notes: Disables Legends Launch Party event role. Fixed a client crash related to swapping districts. Fixes a client crash related to redeeming Premium from the Vault. Decreased Cross-District Matchmaking wait times to minimize cases in which players have to wait a prolonged period of time if someone in the match crashes whilst connecting to the new district. Dev comment: We're also looking into the cause for the increase in failed backup attempts or players being stuck "Pending" after a backup call and are hoping to fix this in one of the next updates. Balance Updates EMP Grenade Significantly increased the damage players take whilst inside a vehicle affected by the EMP. Damage to players reduced from 200 to 125. Hard Damage increased from 200 to 250. The EMP hasn't quite had the effect we wanted it to have on the vehicle meta, because of this we're making it so EMP Grenades will now be lethal to players inside the Han Coywolf and 4x4 Vegas if an EMP explodes within 4 meters of the vehicle, slowly killing the player over the course of 10 seconds. This also increases the effectiveness of the Fortified Electronics modification which will now prevent death even in case of a perfectly placed EMP on the two vehicles mentioned above. To offset this we're decreasing the damage EMP grenades deal to players to prevent them from becoming a Percussion Grenade replacement but are buffing their Hard Damage slightly to keep them aligned with their Anti-Vehicle oriented design intend. Fortified Electronics No longer decreases vehicle speed top speed by 6%. Joker M9 & Joker M9S Decreased magazine capacity from 16 to 12. Decreased reserve ammo from 96 to 72. Dev comment: With the release of Legends and the M9 becoming available to many more players it quickly became apparent that it is overperforming in certain aspects, because of this we're making it a little more punishing to use by reducing how much it can be spammed. We also want to acknowledge that there has been an increase in feedback about the power of secondaries in APB:Reloaded and are currently investigating doing a broader pass on secondaries with the intend to pull back on much of the power creep especially in terms of time-to-kill. This pass is still in early development with a chance that it may not happen at all but we felt like it was something worth mentioning to gather further feedback on so we can fine-tune and potentially nail down a design approach that benefits the games health in the long run. C9S 'Prototype' Accuracy recovery modifier in Marksmanship mode increased from 0.35 to 0.5 Dev comment: This makes it so the gun is able to tapfire a good amount quicker whilst in marksmanship mode increasing its effectiveness at range, however, firing too fast will still cause it to bloom out. H-9 'Curse' Increased jump modifier from 2.2 to 3.4. Muzzle Brake (Horizontal) Now increases Horizontal recoil reduction by 30% was 20%. Now increases Vertical recoil by 10% was 20%. Kevlar 2 & 3 Kevlar 2 now reduces Marksmanship movement speed by 10%. Kevlar 3 now reduces Marksmanship movement speed by 20%. Fixed an issue where players are able to go faster than intended wearing Kevlar 2 or 3 under specific circumstances. Dev comment: Fixing an unintended interaction with Kevlar 2/3 and high marksmanship speed weapons as well as making it so Kevlar movement speed penalties can no longer be overwritten through unintended ways. Balance: The Easter OPGL hasn't been performing as well as we had hoped because of this we're making the following adjustments: Damage no longer ramps making it a 3 shot kill at all ranges. (was 15m and beyond) Increased damage per shot from 350 to 450. Slightly increased projectile speed. Slightly decreased projectile drop. Thank you for your patience.

Better late than never this patch adds this years Easter Event! Unlike previous years we are not going to be running an event that requires players to participate in an event on a non-mission district, instead we're going to be doing something similar to the Christmas Snowball event! Starting tomorrow players will receive an Egg-Launcher via their Mailbox that they can use to level the new Easter Event role which awards three new titles, the Easter Egg Weapon Skin, Customizable Egg Mask as well as total of 2000 Joker Tickets by getting 300 Kills using the new Egg-Launcher before the event ends in two weeks!   11. Hello everyone, Just to give a bit more update on the situation: A major power surge at our EU data center caused a brief outage and damaged some minor equipment. A small fire was immediately contained, and there was no data loss or major infrastructure damage. We are bringing servers back online as they clear inspection and will be ordering replacement hardware to restore full capacity as quickly as possible. This issue will mostly affect overall capacity in the meantime.

Patch notes: Overhauled the GFAC install process, all players should now be able to update GFAC at all times. Fixed an issue preventing the C9S 'Prototype' from being tradable. Fixed an issue with the Female Parka Hood Up Icon. Slightly changed the LaRocha Level 2 contact E-mail. Fixed a very rare client crash. Balance OBIR/FFA Equip time reduced from 1s to 0.8s. S-247 'Oblivion' No longer loses accuracy when moving whilst in Marksmanship mode. Decreases sprint modifier to speed up the time it takes until fully accurate in marksmanship mode when coming out of a sprint. Slightly improved Marksmanship Modifier. Thank you for your patience.

  14. Hello everyone, as of this post the Legends Patch is officially Live! You can find all of the new additions and changes below. Major Additions & Changes Added new Financial Contacts Zombie and LaRocha which raise the level cap to Rank 290 and award six weapon unlocks, five modifications, clothing presets and many inventory expansions. Added EMP Grenade to the game which is unlocked at Grenadier Level 3, unlocks for the EMP have been awarded retroactively who are currently Grenadier Level 3 or higher. The EMP is a fast traveling, explode on impact grenade that will disable electronic devices such as vehicles including some of their modifications for up to 10 seconds. Players may only carry two EMP's at a time. Vehicles have varying amounts of base resistance to the EMP with a lot of the lower end vehicles being unaffected or affected for only a fraction of the EMP's base duration of 10 seconds. If a vehicle is spawned as a mission objective it will have another 40% EMP resistance applied to it. The following modifications will be disabled while a Vehicle is affected by the EMP Grenade: Brick Mobile Supply Unit Mobile Spawn Point Mobile Radar Tower Nitro Booster Meteor Players inside a vehicle affected by the EMP will take constant ticking damage which can be lethal if they do not exit the car in time. Added the new Joker C9S 'Prototype' Legendary to Anne on the Joker Ticket store. The C9S is a fast firing, fully automatic SMG by default which turns into a highly accurate, moderate rate of fire, semi-automatic carbine whilst inside Marksmanship mode. Added large changes to a building complex in Financial Block 42 to improve attacker flow and make defending harder. Misc Changes Changes the firing type of the SBSR Coroner and IRS to Semi-Automatic. Grenades can now be deleted and repurchased from contacts assuming players have the unlock for them. Added Golden OPGL JT3 to the Joker Ticket Store. Adds Ankle Socks for Female characters very early into Contact progression. Fixed numerous client crashes. Fixes an issue related to Mobile Radar Tower and re-enables it. Reduces Mobile Radar tower spotting range from 20m to 12m. Thank you for your patience and we hope you enjoy the Legends update! Patch Notes Social Changes: Adds Persona and Wardrobe Kiosk to the main Breakwater Marina Building. Adds 4 more Vault Kiosks to different floors of the main Breakwater Marina Building. Adds Player spawn to the main Breakwater Marina Building. Vault Changes: Now supports Gold Joker Mystery Boxes. Added new HUD element to show new vault items. Fixed an issue where you couldn't get vault data when you disconnected while requesting one. Added new Vault Mailbox. Added three Vault Mailboxes to Financial. Added three Vault Mailboxes to Waterfront. Misc Changes UI Elements are no longer stored in a config. Dev Comment: We're making this change so whenever we add new UI Elements we don't have to spend time and resources troubleshooting players with outdated files that they drag and drop even after updating as part of their config causing their games to crash. UI Elements are now stored in a different way which means that they can no longer be outdated or disabled via configs. Fixed a somewhat rare issue that caused most HUD Markers to disappear after re-logging a couple of times. Fixed an issue causing the alternative Dump Truck models to use the wrong collisions.
