  4. Hello everyone, We're currently experiencing issues with some of the larger EU carriers being congested and our upstream provider link being down. Please note that we have not fully finished migrating to our new provider and are still setting up large parts of the new infrastructure. We're working to get EU back online as soon as possible.   6. Hello again everybody and apologies for the radio silence over the last couple of hours. We have finished migrating the majority of our servers to the new provider and are ready to open up the game to players again. Below is a list of known issues that we're hoping to resolve sometime tomorrow, if you are experiencing issues not mentioned below please let us know so we can start investigating immediately! Known issues: Players can not use Steam to log into their Gamersfirst accounts. NA East Districts have not been fully migrated yet and will remain unavailable until then. Citadel has a limited set of Districts and new instances may not spin up if existing ones are full. Thank you for your patience and keep an eye out for more updates in this thread!

  8. Hello again everybody, we're still actively working on bringing the servers back online but have ran into a hurdle. We're working on a fix which we plan to test in the next hour, thus we're expending the maintenance by at least one more hour.   11. Hello everyone, we would like to share an update regarding the Networking issues we've been experiencing the last weeks. Our network provider has been under constant large scale DDoS attack for the last 2 weeks. We have made the decision to switch providers to a more stable network to stabilize the game as soon as possible. That effort started today, and we hope to stabilize the game by the end of this week. Following the stabilization of the game we're going to be compensating players with some G1c to make up for the instability that all of you have experienced in recent weeks or even months. We apologize for the inconvenience and Thank you for your continued patience as we try and resolve these issues as fast as possible.

We're currently only 2 days behind right on answering new tickets.   20. Hello everyone, Our standard weekly maintenance will be held this Wednesday (10/22) starting at 9 AM UTC. The game should be back up and running in 8 to 10 hours. Patchnotes Fixed a rare World Server crash. Fixed the Login Screen camera pathing when using the Halloween Login scene. Fixes the Yakuza Weapon skin when applied to the Joker M9S 'Pulse Check'. Adjusted Car Spawn locations in the Zombicide spawn area. Balance S-247 'Oblivion' Increased Sprint Modifier from 1.5 to 15. Dev note: This makes it so the weapon isn't close to pin point accurate when fired whilst sprinting. This will also make the gun slightly slower to gain full accuracy when coming out of sprint. ACT-44 Effective Range increased from 60 meters to 70 meters. Dev note: This change was intended to be part of last weeks patch but wasn't shipped. Thank you for your patience and don't get spooked!

  24. Known issues: The ACT 44 remains unchanged in this patch - The Range buff will instead be shipped in the next patch. The Yakuza is displaying the wrong skin when applied to the M9S 'Pulse Check'.

  27. Hey there - There's been a slight hold-up internally which made it difficult to publish the the maintenance note as what is included in Today's update may have had to change last minute. Maintenance post (and with it patch notes) should be published prior to the servers coming up.
