APB Crashed and refuses to be launched again.

today, as I played whole day
Few minutes ago I joined district, ran around a bit then game crashed
Now every time I'm launching launcher, it's just crushes with ERROR report windows pops up, and launcher says "Failed to scan client"
I'm using steam
What's going on? some general problems? is it me? fix maybe?

Sure as hell hope it'll work. 4 years and i've seen it freezing because i lowered my video settings, but never crashes like this.
