Incorrect subforum backround

Community creations subforum still has default GamersFirst backround image as well as GamersFirst logo instead of Fallen Earth one.

 

Merged.

 

Sometimes editing posts makes the FE backround disappear and be replaced by the default GamersFirst one.

Also bump.
