I've created a ticket #85907 MONTH ago - still has no any answer there!

Yes it works.

Depending on the issue, it could take months to get an answer.

It seems like they're getting roughly 1000 tickets a month going by my two ticket numbers. I doubt they have enough man power to keep up.
