Necrotice Halloween skin missing

I leveled up to rank 4 , choose the Necrocite Halloween Skin from the 4 Rewards , don't have it...
Now i need to wait rank 8 to try choose it again OR some1 help me from the support
Btw i checked and i don't have not the other skins or 250JT , so something is weird here :<

It's odd that the skin didn't show up, they should just appear in your available skins once you've selected and redeemed it.
