Summary: When enforcers smash a vandalize mission-objective storefront, crims can't complete it
Description: As an enforcer, when you have a defend mission where you have to defend a storefront from being destroyed. You can destroy the storefront as enforcer but that doesn't complete the objective. The crims aren't able to complete it as long as the storefront doesn't reset
Steps to reproduce:
 - 1: Log in to an enforcer character.
 - 2: Get a defend mission (like R.O.A.R.) where you have to defend storefronts
 - 3: Destroy the storefront as enforcer
 - 4: Notice that the crims are not able to complete the objective

Results: The criminals weren't able to complete the objective.

Expected results:

A) The criminals are able to complete the objective

or

B) When the enforcer destroys the storefront the objective is completed
