Trick/Treat standing reset after Patch 1.19.7 (1039)

Started leveling up Treat last weekend and was able to get almost level 3 but after the patch on this last Monday, I'm back at level 1 with Treat. Anyone else get this bug or just me?

There was an issue with those contacts, you were able to progress the contact of the other faction. In the patch you mentioned they fixed it so you are now progressing the correct contact.

Sadly that did come with the progress you had already made between the original patch and the one you mentioned being 'wasted'.
